Free SQL security chapter

Just in from NTbugtraq: Erik Birkholz is giving away the SQL Server chapter from his new book, SPECIAL OPS: Host and Network Security for Microsoft, UNIX, and Oracle. I have no idea if the chapter is good or not; I do know that the book’s Exchange chapter was written by Jim McBee, who knows how many beans make five.
